Irish Hills residents who don’t want to drive to Jackson or Adrian to purchase a new gun have an alternative.
Korey Wilson opened K&B Armory in Brooklyn last spring. The gun store retails everything from new and used pistols to long rifles, and even has
a few flame throwers in stock, for anyone who wants to start a bonfire in style.
Wilson said he enjoys shooting, and opening the store was a natural way to expand his hobby.
“We buy, sell and trade,” said Wilson, adding that he also has ammunition in stock.
“I am just trying to make it easier for members of the community to get this stuff,” he said.
The new store is located in the former train depot at 207 Irwin St. (about a block east of the Swiss Swirl). The store is open 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays. Wilson encourages anyone who wants to check out his store to contact him at (517) 917-4189.
